I follow a pretty strict intermittent fasting schedule but I don’t track carbs, proteins and fats. I do a 22:2 sort of pattern and eat whatever I feel like in the evening - helps me to stay lean year round. Calories hover around 3000. I’m 5’9.

Symptoms: can’t get morning wood to save my life, it’s none existent.
Pulsations of a couple days of confidence and positive outlook followed by random bouts of pure depression, can end up staring into space thinking nothing for hours.

Got a vial of test e and needles ready to go, is increasing total the only way to increase my free? From my understanding I’d need a high dose to bring my total around 1000+ to even get a normal level of free.

Anything else I should get tested before taking the plunge?

none of this points to low T.
TRT did not bring back morning wood.
Blasting a gram per week did not bring back morning wood.
Cialis did not bring back morning wood.
Waking up with tits in my face… did.

This is a bad metric to go by.

As for your emotions… you sound like a normal person with normal emotions.
It’s not depression if your life is shit.
If your life is great (good sex, good food, good company, good financial standing) and you’re depressed, then there’s something wrong.

Post a pic.

How was your Free T tested? Direct? Calculation? Equilibrium Dialysis?

It is obvious what is going on, so, no. At your age (fertility?), I’m not sure I’d do this without professional help. However, nothing wrong with trying testosterone.
