Low Estradiol (E2)

I’m on 100mg T-cyp/1mg Anatrazole/750iu HCG. All per week, divided into 3 doses.

My AI dose is a consistent 9-10 drops 3 days a week.

I took my T shot on Monday morning and the lab for E2 was drawn around 1 1/2 hours later. My last AI dose was 2 days prior. The day before my test, I had the HCG injection.

I received my results this morning and:

<5 pg/ml (7.63 - 42.60 pg/ml)

It seems that I am an AI/adex over responder.

I am incredibly moody and tired. I now understand why. I’m going to try 3 drops EOD instead of 9 to see how I respond. I will get re-tested in 2 weeks and re-adjust.

How long before I should test my E2 again to re-adjust? I want to get my E2 under control!

Half life is 48 hours so 4 days after cessation, you would only have %25 of the original dose circulating. Ime, changes happen fairly quickly, within a day or so.

Since you are measuring drops, I’m assuming you’re using an RC? You may find a wide variance in the dosing. I have no actual data to back me up, but I think it’s at least as likely that you’re product is over-dosed, than you’re an over-responder. The only reason I bring this up, is because you may find you need to readjust once you’ve placed a new order or placed an order from another company.
