Would you suggest micro dosing the T
Anything past 2-3x a week is a waste IMO. Maybe thereās an exception here or there but thatās as often as Iād recommend

Debatable. If you want to try it I donāt see any reason not to, I just think itās overkill
If I had your SHBG (and I have before), Iād do test only, 30mg EOD
Iām currently on .25mg 2x a week. Your saying to increase dosage and frequency. Wouldnāt this give me too much free T given my low SHBG and very low E2? I can see increasing frequency, but why dosage? Total T is 937
This would be about 30mg EOD (105mg weekly). Easier than trying to hit 100mg exactly
How long does it take for E2 to come back after stopping the AI?
Couple of weeks is what Iāve aways been told. Never had to deal with it personally.
Iāve crashed my e2 once, took about 10-14 days to recover, sticking to my regular T dose
