Low-Average Test, Perfect Estradiol Level?

Hello, I’m a 20 year old guy and I had my estradiol and testosterone level measured. The reason I did this is because I’ve been feeling depressed, tired and weak since puberty. Also, my hips are feminine and bigger than my chest and I make little to no results in the gym… I also have a skinny-fat body and even though I look like I have like 8 percent fat because I’m so skinny I still have like 18 percent bodyfat.

I honestly don’t know anymore if my kinda low testosterone level causes the depression, axiety and insecurity or if it’s just that I focus too much on these levels, but I just can’t deal with being “Beta”. I really really really feel like no matter how hard I try to be a winner, I’ll allways be a loser. I know it might sound weird but I’m just so sick and tired of trying to accept being unattractive and not as manly as other guys. I feel like if I was manly I wouldn’t care about being ugly and if I was beautiful I wouldn’t care about being weak that much, but I’m neither.

Anyway… I don’t want this anymore. I want to hop on some kind of TRT because I feel like my lack of testosterone has allready fucked up my physique and with TRT I should at least be able to get a decent physique so I won’t feel like a loser all the time (Because really looks matter in this society and I suffer from that). My estradiol level was 110 pmol/l (29 pg/ml) and my testosterone was 16 nmol/l (475 ng/dl). I know these levels are within normal range what also makes me wonder why I still have such a feminine body.

I also feel like I have no options to get better levels because TEST E would probably raise my estradiol too much and aromasin would probably boost my test but my estradiol would get too low I think. IF you where me and just would NOT accept suboptimal levels than what would you do? I really feel like my levels are too hard to keep in range with TRT…

Need data and labs. You now have three thread and I don’t really want to hunt for easter eggs.

Can you help? We do not have any context here.

Please always put lab data in a list with ranges. Working with these in paragraphs is difficult.
