25 min East of Ottawa now, born and raised in Ottawa (west end primarily). Even though the Capital is small compared to some other cities I notice a difference when I drive to work for the polution. I have a complete gym at home that would satisfy most. All I really need to add is bands and chains. I also workout at work which doesn’t even have half of what I have at home however I work it for now since my kids are grown and use the home gym. Wife uses the home gym in the AM.
I visited a GL once for shits and giggles just to see what is out there and when I asked a trainer where to do deadlifts he asked me why would I want to do that… (GL in Orleans mall).[/quote]
On old co worker of mine is the Fitness Manager in that Goodlife. He was against deadlifts, so I’d imagine his weak toast trainers would be as well.
