Hi, i have been lifting pretty seriously since january of 2006 when i had shoulder surgery for bone fragment removal. i have some pain with barbell pushing lifts so im a little weak on those right now…
I have been trying to improve my shoulders, arms and legs mainly because my chest has always been easier to grow… legs are the hardest for me but i do train them right now (used to pretty much quarter squat)
Im looking for some advice on what you guys think my main weak spots are just out of interest.
I have apretty good high protein diet and lift often.
Thnaks for any input.

From the pics you’ve provided, I’d say your chest is lagging behind…

no flex
i have been hitting lats really hard. i do weighted wide grip pullups. cand do 6 good form w a 35lb plate.
from waht ican see, you have god arm potential, you bicep insertion is longer han average, cant see tricep that well but also looks longer insertion than average. So ignore training arms and concentrate on FULL squats twice weekly, you arms will grow anyway.
when i said god arm potential ,i did in fact mean good.you have good potential but not that good! lol
Typical question: what are your stats? The only reason I ask is that if you were 6’6 with that build, than not bad. If you are 5’4, then keep on truckin’.
Your pics do not do you justice
i am 5’11" and a little under 200lbs
i agree with transform, take a better look and give me some feedback
triceps,shoulders, lats, abs, lagging overall
Chest has decent width bad thickness, legs could use work also.
Post routine to help out your lagging muscles, also up what your eating. You have relatively low body fat right now and to get more of that thickness you lack you need to eat more.
You have some definition that I’m guessing people are not seeing because of hair.
