Does anyone have a good doctor they can recommend for TRT.I would prefer the suburbs but any referal would be appreciated.I have many symptoms of low T and possibly thyroid issues.Thanks.
Dr. Joseph Mazzei with Body Logics. Offices in Chicago and northern suburbs, I believe.
I went to him for possible T replacement, but he diagnosed my hypothyroidism. I liked him, and would go back to him if and when it’s time for TRT, but my PCP is currently managing my hypothyroidism.
I think this is the same guy I was looking into as well but heard it was ridiculously overpriced. Is this true Dr. Pangloss? I live in Chicago and looking for a competent TRT doctor as well.

I can’t speak to the cost of TRT through him as I’m not getting treated for it.
There’s one other place I’ve seen but have no experience with called HD MedSpa around Ashland and Addison. I tend to be a bit skeptical of MDs that also sell skincare products and spa facials. But - and I may be waaaaayyyy off base here - I think it could be indicative of a certain propensity to take a more favorable look at HRT, especially if it means more office visits.
OP: Might be worth checking out if you think you’re on the fence (lab-wise) or you want to direct your care a bit more than most MDs allow.
