Well if you’re looking for a new sport, you may want to check out fencing. Let’s face it, playing with swords is fun. Plus, fencing is a completely different type of sport than most people are used to. Just look for a local fencing club. Most of the ones I’ve attended have low fees and let new fencers borrow equipment.

hey dude
i was going to aimlessly backpack around greece bt instead i’m going to surf camp to learn how to surf for two weeks - its something I’ve always wanted to to do and in a few months I’ll be in sunny spain tanning my ass off and saying hola to the ladies and their string bikinis - just an idea[/quote]
Good plan I started surfing last year.Real adventure in a world full of boring shit. The north of spain is rocking and the tapa bars are excellent. Freesytle wrestling is a pretty awesome hobby too in both sports you go flying and fall over a lot LOL.
I dunno, maybe you could stop wasting our time.
Hey, Loose Tool - great avatar.
Woodworking is fun and you can make useful stuff. Takes a bit of space though … does not have to cost much.
Helping out charity work is very rewarding and you will meet great people.
Any kind of travel, even just catching a train to a place you’ve never been to, can be interesting.
I’d recommend a non computing, non internet hobby though.
Hiking can be good and cheap too.
Climbing is great, costs a bit more though. Hiking might be better to start.
A pushbike can be a good thing to have/ride. Cheap transport, exercise, outdoor air.
Cooking. Useful. Impress chicks. Eat food.
Learn an instrument. Works a part of your brain that you don’t use much.
