Don’t hate on Arnold. He basically did some dynamic flexibility followed by some basic strength training. He was way ahead of his time, eat your heart out Boyle.
At least he wasn’t wearing Zubas, a sweatshirt with the neck cut out, a fanny pack, and work boots. I’ve seen buildbuilders looking way gayer than Arnie did in that video.

Isn’t it crazy? under the video it said that they were ivanco 35lb plates. I don’t know if thats true, but I don’t think that matters much at that point.
