Long Cycles

Ive been using 400mgwk of deca and 600 mg a week of test enanthate for the past 6 months. Ive got some suststanon and am going to run it at 500 mg a week and cut the test e back to 300 mg wk. Im going to run my cycle 9 months and take three months off similar as what ive read that prisoner does with the test taper.

What im wanting to know is what can you do to get more gains as im only keeping what ive got. After three months ive come to a halt. So is upping the dosage for the last three months gonna help? Or are the receptor sites fully loaded?

36 weeks is a long ass time considering a normal test cyle is around 12 weeks

I would advise you to taper off and begin the AAS-free maintenance period until your next cycle.

yeah, the only reason I stay on that long is due to Contests!

First you gotta bulk, then you have to cut, trying to peak for the competition. That keeps workouts intense and allows you for better progress then if you didn’t have these training goals.

Finally following the show there is always the post diet training to look forward to, and then it’s time to taper down.

If you’re not competing it’ll be much better to cycle your training and AAS, as you cannot grow continuously -AAS use aside - your body needs rest phases from both the training and the drugs.

just as your body adapts to a training program and becomes non-responsive does it to AAS. It doesn’t matter how much you use, your body will produce enough binding globulin to cancel it out. Only sollution is to go back to normal and start over.

Ive tried the 10wk on and 10wk off cycles and dont like them at all. As soon as you start getting big you go back down in 2 or 3wks. This was my first time running juice this long and i love it. Im still big and im happy with my size right now of course i do want to get bigger. Ill start my test taper and im going to try Igf. Ive heard it helps maintain gains. Wich is my biggest concern. I hate coming off and shrinking up, losing sex drive, acne etc etc.

I don’t know…the taper works pretty well. I’m six weeks off a 12 week cycle now, and have lost five pounds. My training hasn’t been nearly as intense, and diet has changed a bit as well, which are attributable factors, but I still feel great. As Prisoner has mentioned before, losing some isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. When I do my next cycle, my body should recover what it lost pretty quickly, and it should also help slingshot me past where I had plateaued before.

Im thinking about buying a book something like chemical wizardry. That way everything i need to do to get swole and stay jacked up year round is right there in the book. Does anyone have any experience with this book or know of another one i can use.

Guys with all the resources, experience and knowledge dont stay on cycles year round for a reason.

Just something to think about.
