People HAVE been walking into stores buying the complete stock of cold medicines.
That is what this law is all about.
All the people defending this must want America to be communist. The more information the government has the easier it is to catch the “bad guys” right? Well why don’t we just let them have all the power, and all the money, wouldnt that be better for everyone??

It has been a long time since I read the Communist Manifesto but I don’t recall anything about cold medication.
The fact is people are buying these OTC drugs and altering them to make them into a nasty drug that is causing harm to our society.
We are lucky the FDA does not require us to get a prescription before buying them.
All this talk of totalitarianism is silly.
