Got humbled by the axle 3 times over the last however many days, had to make sure the first 2 werenāt a fluke. Not sure what it actually weighs but Iāll call it 45 for easy math. @T3hPwnisher was right about sugar free bbq sauce so I think Iāll stick with the axle for a while to see what happens.
Prowler flared up the hip. Will try just the high handles rather than high and low this weekend to see if I can get in some kind of quad work. Another month or so and this injury will tie IT band syndrome as my longest lasting injuryā¦letās hope not.
