Hang- to 225x1 super clean rep but felt so heavy i just left

not sure if need to deload/not train so frikkin heavy or if the fact ive missed some sessions cause of schoolwork is holding me back. considering doing dan john 40 day or at least doing that for everything else while doing a combine 225 bench test program.

20lb standing put- foot foul, foot foul, foot foul, foot foul, 27’6", 28’5". nice.

Everyday:
Squat- 2 of 5 manageable
Hang- 3 of 3 manageable
(in the vein of dan john 40 day program)

Added every other day:
Bench-
a)warmup to a primer single just over 225
b) unrack something over 100%
c) rep out 225 (or 220, or 230)
&
One bench assistence exercise

Considering:
adding something that opposes bench on bench off days

Work Set: 215x10 (pr, but not out of line with the gains already made)

Hang: 185x 3 of 3 (nice and light every other day i think will help form and speed)

Incline, neutral, narrow, db: 50s- 3 of 8 (paused)

Usual saturday throwing didnt happen. people did hammer then went to throw weight with olympic legend ed burke in los gatos. i stayed and hit 24’ with the 56 pounds which wouldve been pr. nice standing puts with both 20 and 16 too
