My ex was a medical records clerk. The number of people that lay eyes on your file is huge. HIPPA is joke to them unless somebody threatens a lawsuit.
Day 42 (start of week 7). This one may be lengthy since it’s been a while.
General: I took 6 days off since I was home for Thanksgiving and have no access to a gym. Bummer, since it was the start of week 6 and I should be in full swing. I returned to the gym two days ago with a push workout. Weights and reps on bench press dipped a bit, but today I hit a PR on barbell rows – 275x10 (before cycle PR was 245x6).
Cardiovascular: I think much of my HR/BP issues were stress-related. I finished finals before Thanksgiving and while I was home I took no Adderall. RHR sank from 87 down to 76, rebounded a little to 78 with a small amount of Adderall now back in. BP on metoprolol and amlodipine is in the low 130s, even into the 120s in the evening. I’ve added in some cardio recently and today was the first time I used the stair stepper without feeling like I was going to pass out. Or at the very least shed a tear.
Sides: The last three days I have felt like I’ve lost a bit of the Test sides such as strength, motivation, energy, etc. Maybe it’s SHBG elevating or maybe (probably) I just needed some sleep because today I felt better. Libido is just fucking insane and random erections are worse than they were when I was 14. No more increase in acne or hair growth than there was in week 2, which has been very very mild anyway. Walking across campus makes my calves feel like they’re going to explode. I imagine this will be nearly crippling with Dbol in the final weeks (side note – I’ve decided to use a lower dose and for shorter time than I originally planned d/t my BP. Probably 32.5mg for 3 weeks up to PCT). Estrogen is properly managed with Adex 0.25mg E3D.
Body weight/composition: I am up to 195-197. I touched 201 one day. Gained no weight over Thanksgiving, to my surprise. I think it’s time to up the calories now since I’ve plateaued for about 10 days. I’m a little concerned though, since I feel bloated all the time. All the food has given me a bit of a belly. Based on my last few attempts at dieting down I have found I am carb sensitive, so I’ll decrease my simple carbs and up the cals with fats and protein.

EDIT: Day 50; 2 days into week 8
Still hitting PRs in the gym, and I’m spending upwards of an hour and a half on weights plus 15-20 minutes of HIIT cardio per session. I feel like I can just keep doing more and I have virtually no CNS fatigue. I’m rarely sore, and never that bad.
In my last post I mentioned that the positive Test sides are diminishing and thought it was sleep related. I am sleeping more now but I still feel less motivated/powerful/sexual. As much as I like how I am looking and performing, I kinda feel like I want to come off soon.
That said, I just pre-filled my last 4 syringes with a little extra, and will finish with ~700mg/week in these last 2 weeks. This is also my 3rd day with Dbol 25mg taken all PWO. I’ve been stuck at 197lbs for two weeks and immediately jumped to 202 from the water. I did rows and RDL yesterday and holy fuck the Dbol low back pump is no joke. Also my BP is up again, but not to the degree it was before amlodipine and metoprolol. I will continue Dbol until the day before PCT.
