Has anyone seen LL Cool J in his newest music video? Now he has always been in pretty good shape but in his latest video he looks to be around 215-220 and 5-6% bodyfat. I mean he is shredded. I just think that it is a vast improvement from say Any Given Sunday. Now I’m not gay or anyting, I just think it’s a little funny that he looks so different.

LL has always been pretty big but in his new video he definitely not only big but shredded! I know a few guys in the gym requested that we play his video so they would have inspiration…lol.
