Al, I disagree with every “arguement” you’ve made; but I am proud to serve with America’s finest soldiers protecting Our Country and way of life. I leave for Army basic training June 23rd, and I have said negative things about the U.S. in this thread. Is it wrong to point out the mistakes the U.S. has made in the past?

Congrats on making a decision to serve your country. It is a great experience and whether you enjoy it or not, you will be better for it. You are about to join the company of men who are by and large a patriotic bunch. And as your career progresses you will find the better trained they are the more patriotic they are.
Its not a crime to believe your country has made mistakes in the past. Believe what you will. I dont share your belief in this case, but hold nothing against you for having it.
