Liquid Masterdrol

i admit it, i did something dumb–i bought liquid masterdrol at the suggestion of a guy i know at the supplement shop i go to–i asked for his suggestions about prohormones, and did no research in advance. bought the LM and liver longer at his suggestion.

When i looked into the stuff, got conflicting info–some things seemed to give indication that it’s pretty much a legal steroid, but that wasn’t totally clear. I’m ok with chalking this up to experience and losing the bucks, if i cant return it, but if I can use it safely (as in, no gyno, no problems conceiving a kid in the near future) then I may be up for it.

More background–am 41; training hard for the last 1.5 years. you can view my pix here: www.recordgeek.muscletank.net. Stats aren’t updated there, am at 172, 5’8, 12.8% bodyfat at last measure.

Would appreciate all thoughts; I realize this isn’t the best way to move forward on this, but at least I haven’t started taking the stuff before asking.

thanks all–Mike

AFAIK masterdrol was taken off the shelf about 6 months ago (the pill form by legal gear). i can tell you what i know about the pill version, but i will admit i am at a loss if the liquid version is different.

it’s methylated so it’s very hard on your body. mixed reviews on gyno ~ most of the people I’ve dealt with who took it loved it, and did in fact get it again until it was deemed unsafe.

(most “legal steroids” are sellable until they go through the FDA which will inevitably remove them. they are constantly adding new/different chains to bypass the preliminary inspections. the methyl chain was the most recent).

i will also say that one of my friends (who is much younger than 41. i’m afraid i don’t know for sure whether age has anything to do with it, and i wouldn’t want to give incorrect info) took the masterdrol and got delayed gyno and he now truly wishes he never did the cycle. he’s done with prohormones now and if he ever does a steroidal compound again it will be the real deal.

my advice would be that if you’re that concerned about it, don’t take it – take it back. if you’re careful about it and do a proper PCT and keep your body in check while doing it then try you’d like.

If you plan on having children in the future it might be advised to wait to take the masterdrol, if you decide to do so. There’s always a chance (albeit a small one) of a very adverse affect when taking almost any supplement, especially something this controversial.

for the future: be sure to do your research on the supplements or find someone who works at your supplement store who knows what they’re doing and that you really do trust. (I don’t know if the person you’re referring to does or not. If not, find a new one)

it basically comes down to a personal decision.
