I watched Hungry4More chug 24 raw eggs in like 3 minutes, it was disgusting yet epic.
Just hard boil a shit load of them, and put them back in the fridge.
I grab 2-3 eggs every time I go downstairs. Does it sound as “HARDCORE”, no, is it just as effective as Im eating 12+ cooked eggs a day along with regular meals…yes.
I find it easier to eat the eggs raw rather than hard boiled though. Last time I tried eating a load of cold hard boiled eggs i threw the last one up no joke. Since then I havnt tried it but maybe it was a bad egg
Forget about drinking your food- You get a lot more satisfaction out of eating real food and enjoying the pleasures of sitting down to a meal. Instead of gulping down a jug of raw egg whites why not make an egg white omlette with muchrooms and low fat cheddar - You can do this in the microwave in about 2 minutes using a regular coffee mug.
Why is everybody in such a rush? I know about the convenience factor but it shouldn’t take more than five minutes to throw a decent meal together an maybe10-15 minutes to take a bread and eat it. If you life is that rushed and crazy maybe it’s time to take a look at how you are living and iif it’s really serving you and your goals in the best way possible.
Great video on the egg whites

So the egg white contain avidin which MAY lead to biotin deficiency. That’s why you make sure your multi has biotin in it or eat the yolks too as they have the highest availability of biotin in it than any other foods.
And if i drank 6 raw eggs every day for the next fourteen years i MAY get sick ONCE.
Interesting…
You should read more about the activity of avidin and biotin. It’s not as simple as just consuming more biotin. These things dont bind to each other at a one to one ratio etc.
Also 6 raw eggs would be fine. Studies show that 20+ have the potential to cause problems to start. I dont think there are many people eating 30 raw eggs at a time on a daily basis for months on end making this whole conversation moot. I was just bringing up the potential problems.

I know right? As if ANYONE on this board is man enough to even do that for a day or two, for real.
And to the guy (boy?) that was saying “but guys, it TASTES better to eat them, zomg!!”…apparently this is all about what feels nice?
Cook 12 eggs, and eat them, all at once. Done that yet? Now try 24 in a 3 minute time span. Until you can do this, I maintain my method makes more sense.
Oh, and to all the other pessimists, have fun being little and weak…unless, of course, you make up for it with a couple lbs of steak/beef/turkey every day. In which case, props to you.

Your record is only 24 you puss.
Go ahead do 30 a day for a month!!! You wont be front squatting 450 with a biotin deficiency…

protein digestion rates are something like 50% when consuming raw egg whites vs. normal cooked eggs with the yolk
For what it’s worth (I don’t think I’ll be changing anyone’s minds about eating eggs raw vs. cooked), here’s a study on the protein digestion rates of eggs:
Studies attempting to evaluate protein assimilation in humans have hitherto relied on either ileostomy subjects or intubation techniques. The availability of stable isotope-labeled protein allowed us to determine the amount and fate of dietary protein escaping digestion and absorption in the small intestine of healthy volunteers using noninvasive tracer techniques. Ten healthy volunteers were studied once after ingestion of a cooked test meal, consisting of 25 g of 13C-, 15N-, and 2H-labeled egg protein, and once after ingestion of the same but raw meal. Amounts of 5.73% and 35.10% (P < 0.005) of cooked and raw test meal, respectively, escaped digestion and absorption in the small intestine. A significantly higher percentage of the malabsorbed raw egg protein was recovered in urine as fermentation metabolites. These results 1) confirm that substantial amounts of even easily digestible proteins may escape assimilation in healthy volunteers and 2) further support the hypothesis that the metabolic fate of protein in the colon is affected by the amount of protein made available.
Lyle McDonald also noted that this explains why raw eggs give people such nasty gas as a general rule. A lot of the protein is going undigested and reaches the lower intestine where it ferments.

Why would I want to eat 24 eggs in 3 minutes ? I couldn’t possible digest that, no one can, it would be wasted. How do you not have 20 minutes to eat a dozen hard boiled eggs ?
Just do it while you post here…
If you just REALLY dont like cooked eggs, fine drink them, but just know that you are wasting alot of the value of the egg.
If your content to simply drink twice as many to compensate, more power to you, but you must realize that it seems absurd to those of us that like how cooked eggs taste.

First off, I hit a 455 FS. It was brain that supposedly hit a 450, despite having no video lololz.
Secondly, I doubt anyone else who has even posted in this thread has EVER consumed 24 eggs in one day, let alone 3 minutes.

I’ve done 30 eggs in a day, all hard boiled (not all at once). 18 months or so ago it was normal for me to eat 12-20 hardboiled eggs every damn day. They absolutely make me sick now, lol.
No real point to this post other than I wanted to feel like I was part of the cool club.

It was a challenge
And as usual, I proved the naysayers wrong lol.
FWIW, it didn’t give me any funny shits, so I actually believe the vast majority of it was digested.

Sweet haha, I’m glad to be proven wrong on this point lol.
To everyone:
Spout all the “science” and “studies” that you want, but the shit works; ask any of the people I’ve gotten to start drinking 12 eggs 60-90 minutes post workout, and they’ll testify to its effectiveness. Results>so-called-science in my book any day.
Im suprised no one has mentioned this. I’ve heard that eggs and red meat are the only 2 foods that increase testosterone. Is there a correlation between the (good) cholesterol and the testosterone? For this reason I wouldn’t avoid the egg yolks, cause we like testosterone, remember?
