Liger tastes kinda’ like chicken, right?
Nah, the problem with any kind of cat is its stringy and gamey.

And really difficult to catch.

Fnar fnar also.
damn right they are real, could kill those two trainers with one swipe and definitely wipe out 40 something cambodian midgets in a matter of minutes.
Impressive. That’s equivalent to two or three of those hermaphrodudes (mirls) a day.

anybody got any clue why tigons and ligers get so hyooginormouigantic (that means “big”, for all you dummassiz)?
With the Ligers it has something to do with the myostatin not being “shut off”.
That thing is so cool. I saw it on Jay Leno a few years ago. Seeing it move is awesome. The thing just rises right up to the stand that they feed it from. I would love to see one of those things take down another animal.
I just realy dig huge predatory animals.

Can you imagine the turd that a cat like that could lay?
Ya, man-sized turd!!
I actually did some research on Ligers and Tigons both a little while ago. It’s interesting to note that these combinations will only occur in captivity. The two would not co-exist in the wild because of differences in behavior and habitat, and thus, would never mate and produce. A male Lion with a female Tiger produces the Liger and the male Tiger with a female Lion produces a Tigon. The mutated gene of the Liger is a giant, and the mutated gene of the Tigon is a dwarf. Also, in most cases the Tigon cubs are sterile, but there is one that has been recorded to have produced a cub which is called a Ti-Tigon, the offspring of a male Tigon and a female Lion.
Although most Ligers have been dependent on humans for survival, it is theorized that the Liger could survive in the wild, but in contrast the Tigon could not survive in the wild and has been described as “houselike.”
So there you have it…you can add that to the useless information file.

Ligers can also look like this.
This photo is indeed real, and comes from this website: SierraSafariZoo.com is for sale | HugeDomains
Here’s a little on the size of this liger from the website: “By way of size comparison, male Siberian tigers (the largest non-extinct naturally occurring member of the cat family, Felidea) average between 400 and 600 pounds. We estimate Hobbs to weigh about twice that.”

Thats how ligers look when they’re grown up. They grow a little mane. Nothing on the scale of a lion though.

They also have Tigons.
Yes, there are tigons, but they’re totally stupid and they reek like poo.
