Come down with a sinus infection but just to get a little activity I did 100 consecutive jumping jacks.
I had an ultrasound done about a week and a half ago. I’ve been told that I have Stage 2 Liver Fibrosis. My GI Dr wants me to continue losing excess fat and belly fat and has told me to eat low levels of carbohydrates. Apparently there is some evidence that low carb eating habits have some correlation with lower levels of fat around the liver. He said that I don’t neccesarily need to go extremely low but offered a referral to a dietitian. So I’m awaiting that call.
Been trying to do it for about 8-9 days now. I’ve dropped a little more weight. I’m not sure how much of it is from fluid and glycogen vs actual fat loss but my waist seems slightly smaller in pants and belts. I’m down to around the lowest weight range in probably seven years.
I’ll have to just live as healthy as possible and control what I can control.

Took my 2nd dose of antibiotics today. No difference yet but hopefully I’ll see some improvement tomorrow. Still just trying to do some real quick lifting sessions until I get over this.

Haven’t logged yesterday yet. Did a little traveling over the weekend and with still recovering from being sick I lifted at home quickly yesterday before hitting the road. So still a couple of adjustments until I get back to normal routine this coming week. Good news is I feel mostly recovered today so I should be able to start back with the conditioning in the next couple of days.
