I use an 800 watt hand blender by Dualit. With such a powerful motor and excellent construction it’s actually very quiet.
Oh yeah? Well I got my blender for free when I opened my checking account! BEAT THAT!
I don’t have a blender.
You bastards.
Well apparently a trip to the bank might solve that.

WANK! You need to get one like rsg’s with all the different attachments! So many possibilities. I’ve got one, They’re Great (tony the tiger voice)!
What was the thing about hair? This has turned into a blender thread.

Yea that’s the one!
So how does that rate on the T-Nation scale of blender supremacy?
Hmmmmmm - Sexy blender. We both use Dualit!
Way better than Nate’s freebie rubbish he got with his bank account that’s too noisy.
Speaking of which, I’ve been considering such a bit of kit to compliment my hand blender - how is the noise level? Does it do a good job?
I’m afraid I simply can’t recommend this product if you need a blender that runs in silent mode - perhaps you should begin research into a water-cooled model? Maybe AlienWare can set you on the right path?

Ooooh techy girl. I like.
<note to self - RSG is watching… calm it down till he goes to bed…>
Their kit is good but I never noticed that they do blender attachments. I’ll email them.

The noise comes from the items I blend being chopped - not the motor. However I must admit I am quite envious of yours being hand-held. I just press a button and there’s no fun in that.
