I’m about 1/2 way through my 3rd week on the V-Diet and want to put together a lean muscle growth plan for phase II of my transformation. I’ve lost 15 lbs of fat and am now catching a glimpse of my pre-injury/pre-fat gain/pre-depressed physique. I started at 235 on a frame which should be a muscular 185-190.
Anyway, the reason i am posting is that now that I am seeing such dramatic results, I want to keep going beyond the V-Diet. Prior to my injuries I had always been in shape, lifting weights and running. I am feeling good and want to continue the fast results I’ve had with the V-Diet.
I have been considering pro-hormone cycles offered at the “houseofmuscle.com” and GNC and shifting to a 4 day weights & 2 day cardio–vs. my current 3 and 3. I want to continue with the fat loss, clean eating, and focus on gaining more definition. Currently have 50" chest and 17 arms, but looking more like a tree trunk than guy on the this BBS.
Can those with pro-hormone experience recommend a 12-week pro-hormone program to go along with my next 12-weeks of weigh training? I plan on keeping 5 meals/day (1500-2400 cals) inc/2-3 shakes, HOT-ROX, Flax Oil, ZMA, and Mega-Men vit. I am very motivated.
My goal is to have a new body by Thanksgiving. I have the bulk, and despite knee and shoulder injuries am still quite strong. Any recommendations for cycling legal pro-hormones and weight training with cardio is appreciated.
This should be posted in the steroids forum. But don’t dick around with pro-hormones. The legal ones arn’t real. The illegal ones are illegal and you should just be doing steroids instead at that point.
I dunno if this should really be posted in the steroid forum but alot of guys know there obviously know more about these type of compounds. I’ll let you know that most of them will tell you that the current legal PH’s are more dangerous than real AAS not to mention they have nasty, and more dangerous side effects.
PH’s are the best thing in the world. Since the old ones were banned they’ve become mostly become dangerous crap that produce nasty sides with minimal benefits.
On the one hand, you’ve got the vets who say that you might as well just do steroids, as they’re safer and produce better results (not to mention a lot of these products are steroids). On the other hand, there are some very mild ones out there that seem to be worthwhile.
I know a guy who did 8 weeks on iForce 1,4-AD Bold (dosed at 800mg). He put on a bit of a size and a fair amount of strength. Reported sides were mild (acne and slight drop in libido).
If you’re going to do something like this, do A LOT of reading and make sure you have your PCT lined up. My buddy thought he could get by on an AI, but I told him he should look into a SERM to play it safe. This is serious shit, don’t forget it.
The only ph i would recommend is Havoc/epistane. I gained 15 lbs in 4 weeks with zero side effects and kept all of it. Not to mention strength was through the roof. Stay away from GNC’s “prohormones” as they are not real.
I’m not keen on the illegal route as I would not want to risk career, testicles, or sex drive.
How does the Havoc/epistane work?
Maybe I’ll just try to incorporate a little tribulus prior to workout to get the intensity up. I’m almost 40 and not the stud I once was… I’d like to get back to my 10%BF I had when I was 27.
I stayed up most all the night researching to come to the conclusion that I should probably try a bottle tribulus or other test booster and focus on pre and post workout nutrition/energy/recovery vs. messing too much with pro-hormones. The marketing and “legal steroid” hype so B.S. it make the penis pill racket look legit. I am not ready to step up to the real gear, shots, or liver support so will focus on the basics like diet and consistency. It’s like women and their breasts… a bit of an obsession for those who fall below what’s perceived as normal. I need to focus on getting lean anyhow as I’ve got a solid foundation and strong.
All the power to those who can take it to the next level… I guess I’m not ready–Unless there’s a doc out there to take me as a patient for the next six months.

As a regular poster in the steroid forum, I must say that this is a very sound post. You did some research and realized that prohormones are crap, and that you aren’t ready for something more powerful (AAS) because you can still make progress by tweaking your nutrition and natural recovery variables. You have earned my respect in this regard.
That being said, injectable steroids are quite safe, and the side effects are extremely rare with proper use of SERM/AI drugs. If you ever want more information or are interested in starting a cycle, those of use in the steroid forum would be happy to help you plan an effective and safe cycle.
EDIT: While I wouldn’t consider TRIBEX or Alpha Male prohormones in the sense that they are steroid precursors, they do have very positive effects on natural hormone production and gains. Some of the guys in the steroid forum use these supplements post-cycle, or at times when they are completely off from steroids, so they certainly do have merit.
