24 hour fast day so dinner at 6pm. I normally ear 2 meals a day lunch and dinner. I plan on doing one 24 hour fast each week for rest of summer. Only water, green tea, or black coffee during day. Objective is to be a lean 185lbs by 9/1/19. Currently hovering between 190-195.
