*Today is the one year anniversary of my hip resurfacing surgery. The best I felt in 3 years! Today, starts a plan I had initially started before I got arthritis known to me as OPERATION CYBORG! It just makes a little more sense now with a titanium hip lol. The āplanā involves a combination of powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, calisthenics, running and weighted vest walking.
