Back Squat: 190kg/418lbs x 1

This year started oh so badly . Dad had to undergo his second open heart surgery. Aortic valve replacement ( first surgery 10 years ago was a double by pass ) . A few days ago he had to do a SETE and Cardioversion (or smth like that , i dont remember the names) . I simply did now have the time to train at all …i was either at the hospital or on the road or takin over his small job bcs we cant afford to lose an income source at this point in time ( only being on the road made some holes in our economy …in 2 weeks I drove like 2100km/1300miles )

This is the first time in 2 weeks I even entered the gym . Back Squats went down 50kg/110lbs . Was planning to see how my bench and deads dropped but my left shoulder and right lower back were already in pain and feelin weird from the squats.

If I’ll have some time when i come back from the hospital and if im feelin better Ill try to bench and deadlift a bit .

Bench Press With Bands(+ aprox. 50kg/110lbs at the top):

This was …hard …AF ! On the 14th set attempt i couldnt even unrack the bar
