Not sure how to handle travelling from tomorrow to monday. Ive been really good with adherence to diet and training and im worried this break will send me back to square one.

I am driving about 150 miles tomorrow to a short break spot with my girl and we are staying until Monday. I don’t have any way to workout there as far as i can tell. Similarly theres no healthy options around and cooking is not possible.

Not sure whether doing some kind of circuit training in my room in the mornings would be a good idea so i don’t get out of the habit of exercising?
