I’m going to watch this Conan sequel no matter what. Maybe I’m subconsciously pep talking myself into loving it before I’ve seen it, so I can enjoy it when I see it, even if it does suck.

I stumbled onto a podcast a few months ago where they went in depth about how philosophical the original was and how it was a statement on the human condition in modern life. They also felt that Conan the Destroyer was utter crap, but Red Sonya was passable. [/quote]

Its the “Start the World” podcast. Jack Donovan is one of those pro-Alpha dudes with all sorts of weirdness but the conan and the another on the “Wolves of Vinland” biker pagan mens group podcasts were pretty interesting.
