Germany has started to run internet polls and the results have been interesting:
152,000 voted to make cannabis legal - Well prohibition does not seem to be working.
157,000 voted about the Armenian genocide.
but holy moly…
3) “more than 93,000 voted to scrap a 1969 law which decriminalized the sexual abuse of animals.”
So in only 1969 The Boeing 747 takes its maiden flight, they implanted the first temporary artificial heart, the first US troops are withdrawn from Vietnam, the Charles Manson murder’s happen, the start of Sesame Street and…the government of Germany decided that it was ‘okay’ to shag animals…and it is still legal today!
PS. I bet some of you will now be booking flights to Germany.
