Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine, isn’t it?
This is something you REALLY DO NOT want to mess with. You get real hallucinations. With pysedelics, you know what is real and what isn’t. But with Diphenhydramine, you can actually see people that are not actually there. There is NO way to determine reality from hallucinations. Dramamine spiders are one instance of this. Please don’t do this or duranta(moon flowers). If you want to do LSA, I’ve heard it is shit. LSH(yes, LSH), is supposedly better. LSD outranks both LSA and LSH, less side effects and more euphoric.
Wasn’t the “moonflower” what that kid took who chopped off his penis with garden sheers? lol
You should read the erowid experiences vault for datura. Basically every single experience is a description of going completely insane in a nightmare world for days.
I even read that in the earlier centuries some early American explorers were hungry and made Datura leaves into a salad, not knowing what it was! They went crazy and hallucinated for 11 days straight, having to be locked up by their companions who did not eat the leaves. After they came to their senses, they had no memory at all of what had happened.
I can confirm what you just said as well:
"According to the drug information site Erowid, no other substance has received as many “Train Wreck” severely negative experience reports as has Datura, noting that “the overwhelming majority of those who describe to us their use of Datura (and to a lesser extent, Belladonna, Brugmansia and Brunfelsia) find their experiences extremely mentally and physically unpleasant and not infrequently physically dangerous.”

Hey thomas Gabriel, you mentioned DXM earlier. Is that the active ingredient in the drowsy cough syrup?
If so, that stuff is the shit! If you want to trip for $5 chug a whole bottle of the drowsy Robitussin and you will trip balls.
That’s the stuff. I think it’s more fun, cheaper, and much better for your physique than alcohol - just don’t let anyone see you chug it or it might be a bit embarrassing.

Anyone who is thinking about trying DXM should read the DXM FAQ(google it) first.

Very true. DXM is still very powerful. It’s not just a simple matter of buying a bottle of Robitussin and chugging it down.

For anyone even considering Datura, I’d highly recommend watching this 9 part documentary on VBS. It MIGHT make you reconsider
I’ve just watched the first part and already it sounds scary as fuck. If I get at least one useful piece of information out of this thread, it is don’t try Datura!

If anyone is thinking about anticholinergenics I would urge you not to. Dyphenhydramine is easy to get but it’s not going to make you feel that great and the dreaded moonflower ain’t nothing nice. High school kids who are into becoming “enlightened” read The Teachings of Don Juan and then go find some moonflower(there are more common names, don’t remember) because it grows everywhere and one guy gets the guts to take it and it becomes a cautionary tale to his friends. Don’t be that guy.
Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine, isn’t it? It’s the Dextromethorphan in the cough syrup that makes you trip balls.
This moonflower you’re speaking of sounds like what is called “Jimson Weed” or Datura.
The Don Juan teachings, are you referring to the books written by Carlos Castaneda?
Yes and datura as someone else brought up. The benedryl question was already answered. The guy I knew who did datura wandered around his house wrecking things and acting and treating things completely nonsensical for a day and night. People who were there weren’t to him but he had imaginary people to interact with. He just couldn’t connect with reality in any way and didn’t remember almost any of what he was doing or thinking afterward. He also could barely see for a couple days because even after the trip wore off his eyes were so dialated and dry he couldn’t focus, just see light. Salvia is probably the only legal thing that really gives you a good trip, but it’s not as vivid as you probably think.
I only watched a little of that doc but isn’t it about something besides datura. I’ve never heard of it but it sounds intriguing and scary strange. I’ll ask around about it.

Interesting, I should watch all the videos. The effects still don’t sound the same. Sometimes you have to physically stop people on datura from doing things, they won’t listen to you or don’t understand you or think you are someone else.

Scopolamine is one of the ingredients in datura.

I watched the whole video on Datura/scopolamine. It looks as if scopolamine is not something that actually creates a ‘trip’, but is a single isolated part of the Datura experience that creates a hypnotic trance.
That Acacia tree looks fucking nice! It contains amphetamine, methamphetamine, DMT, mescaline and nicotine?

well i have never done loco weed, but Diphenhydramine and cyclizine is something that i am well acquainted with as i did it often way back in high school. I really liked the realistic hallucinations which are both audio and visual. When you are peaking you really cant tell the difference until you try to touch them. Its truly amazing what the mind can do. Really i have done it about 12 - 15 times, and of that there is only one time that it turned out too be pretty bad.
the bad trip was of course really bad. went solo camping right outside of anchorage and took a box of marazine. This is a solo drug, you have to take it alone to get the full effects. about 1 to 2 hours into it, i thought i saw a bear. I scrambled up a cliff to a ledge where i spent the entire night. All the while I swore i heard screams and the likes but just kept telling myself it was the marazine. i eventually went to sleep on the cliff and when i woke up, i felt really foolish the next day for wasting a perfectly good trip.
Then i got to town and found out that a couple had gotten mauled by a mama bear protecting its cub about 200 meters from where i was at and the woman was killed. to this day i still dont know if what i saw was a real bear or not, but i am fairly sure that the screams were real. the entire ordeal really just made me feel like a worthless sack . . .

I’ve been really interested in PEA (phenylethylamine) as of late. Its legal in the USA and Canada, but information on its use seems to be pretty scarce. It is summarized very basically here:
I heard that combining it with deprynl or other MAO-B inhibitors allows for better effects at a lower dose.
Anyone with any experience with this substance?
I’ve been experimenting with PEA and deprenyl, and PEA is wicked! It gives me a full body buzz, nice warm euphoria, and a sense of clarity. I also felt extra strong during my workout at the gym. All in all, I rate it highly.
It only seems to work best when taken on an empty stomach. It also seems to go well with other stimulants and creates an added boost to their effects.
The ‘high’ only lasts for 30 minutes to an hour, but then you stay in a positive mood all day. So I find it good as a treatment for depression as well.
