b1. 6 Standing Barbell Curls
Rest 10 seconds
b2. 12 Dumbell Hammer Curls
Rest 10 seconds
b3. 25 Standing Pulley Curls
Rest 2 minutes
Repeat 3 times
1st B set: 95lbs, 35lb db’s, 20lb db’s
2nd B set: 85lbs, 30lb db’s, 15lb db’s
3rd B set: 75lbs, 25lb db’s, 15lb db’s
1st C set: 205lbs, 65lbs, 70lbs
2nd C set: 185lbs, 60lbs, 60lbs
3rd C set: 175lbs, 55lbs, 50lbs
INSANE PUMP, but it was hard though.
