Not to bad today, heart and lungs are starting to get with the program, and my stomach didn’t feel like it was on the verge of exploding which may have help as well. ![]()
I’ve been trying a few things the last two weeks. I like keeping the same main mover for the first part of the superset and rotating the second the best.
After this week I am going to move my days around since the bench and row day are almost identical. Going to go Bench, OHP, Row.
And America’s Strongest may be postponed again. I should know something definite on Tuesday/Wednesday. I’m starting my house in August if the contest is pushed to around then, I may be skipping this year. ![]()
