Leaning Out/Contest Prep Thread

Aw man yeah I totally bought into that. I figured 200lbs would be the minimum I’d end up at!

Haha, average height and a shredded 200lbs wins the Olympia Physique division!

Thr first time I made a conscious effort to get “shredded”, I began at just under 190lbs. I thought I’d be ripped at about 180lbs.

At 180lbs I looked a bit leaner but the dieting ended with me sporting the death mask (great look btw) weighing in at under 160lbs LOL. I was still asked if I was juicing (to which I answered: if I was I want my money back) so I wasn’t completely discouraged.

Anyway, looking very impressive so far. Looking forward to the end result.

He’s got more work to do and he knows it -lol.

We discuss this daily and he knows the standards I’m holding him to and he wouldn’t have it any other way!

Like I said today to someone, my quads and hams are four weeks out and my upper body and gluts are eight weeks out.

Looking good man! Coming in nice and lean. Symmetry seems to be improving for you as your lean out. Funny how getting smaller and lighter makes a guy look bigger when things pop. Assuming the mass was there in the first place which it seems to be for you. Nice work man!
