I was just wondering if anyone has any information regarding the Lean Gains I-Fasting approach (16 fast/8 feed) and how it relates to insulin sensitivity.
I just did an A1C test resulting in less than stellar results, i’ve been eating about 2500 calories a day spread through 5-6 meals, so will be trying the lean gains approach and see if it has a positive effect on blood sugar over the next 3-4 months.
Just wondering if anyone has experience or research on this topic.
