Yeah for sure, I don’t even like moving around in people’s periphery. Doing squats had a nice little riddim with the guy in the other rack next to me as far as sets & loading/unloading. Guys literally stopped right in front of my rack to talk about something while I’m heavy breathing lol.

Lighter dumbbell helped me focus more on squat pattern & less on core holding me in position.
Close grip cable rows x 3x10 with hard holds at the end & done pulling towards my mons pubis low & with that lat focus.
Lateral raises working my menial deltor muscles 3x10 with another half dozen drop reps at the end.
Pec deck done ramped to 2 “heavy” sets of six (vs the 10-15 rep sets I usually do on that machine).
Well watered & underfed 199lb. I average 8+hours of sleep the last month or so & I love it. Headaches suck but not the most intense cluster I’ve ever had. Hopefully it’s wrapping up, I’ve been successful fighting headaches with vaporub coffee water & herb last few days. No Excedrin needed. Waiting on a nice looking London broil.

I like deload like I like lifting. Kind of but mostly not, but I really want the results. Been going pretty hard for the last 6 training weeks (~7-8weeks real-time) & I’m not trying to dig a recovery hole.

Thanks bud. The first rep with 190 was a clean PR but I’m not really worried about 1rep pr’s till I’m not weak anymore. I’m still shy of pressing 1 plate, benching/cleaning 2 plates, squatting 3 & deadlifting 4. Closest I’ve come was deadlifting 395 & tweaking my back & maybe deadlifting once since then.
Pullups short rest done like a bodybuilder with a decent upper back & a need to grow his lats & biceps

Edit - Putting these in here because I’m slightly dysmorphic. I look at myself & feel fat but look at pics & think I’m in a good place. Plan is to gain till ~April 1, & reassess. If I’m 10lb out from an unflexed 6pack, I’ll diet as of may 1. If I’m 15lb out, I’ll diet starting April 1.
