Quick note, leg Dom’s like a mofo after squatt’n after taking time off to let my sprain heal. Had the back Dom’s real bad after that first pull only day too. Need moar donuts. Got a swaggy box of 6 tonight. Stop & Shop donuts > ShopRite donuts.

Done. Averaging ~6hrs of not the best sleep & been off my calories lately so taking it easy with the total work per session. 195 watered pre-lifting. Been 90% consistent with the creatine at night for a week+ now.

Thank you CL. This one was easier to let go than her daddy was 2 years ago, but still not ‘easy’. She was a great dog & lived a great life. If there are dog spirits, I bet these 4 are chilling together somewhere.

Been a little in the clouds last few days. Probably totaled ~4k cal between Monday & tue, but ummm caught up on sleep. Ate ~2k cal at work today so I’m back on it. Donut & 2scoops.

He’s a rescue & we got off to a tough start but we are buddies now. He spent at least 18mo in a shelter & he’s about 2 judging by his teeth & baby soft fur. Shelter keeps em fat tho lol.

Thanks CL, he is a good looking dog if I do say so myself. Pretty low energy for a young male, though. He’s not getting into any trouble or acting restless or anything yet. Of course he’s getting walked twice a day, & lots of tug of war, so I’m sure that is taking the edge off lol. Husky and “unknown type” terrier mix :wink: I think the acronym is:

Skipped bench day, been walking hard with my dog. Today was the first day where his gait seemed close to normal. He’s my dog so of course we count calories & bust it up the hill haha. He’s down in weight, I’ve had to resize his collar twice so far.
