Fin. Holy leg pump. Felt like I was going to catch a bad (cluster) headache today but it never hit. I thought I was done with these after not getting a cluster for 2-3 years. Going to stay fed & hydrated, & start supplementing D3 & Mg.
Skipped bench day, been walking hard with my dog. Today was the first day where his gait seemed close to normal. He’s my dog so of course we count calories & bust it up the hill haha. He’s down in weight, I’ve had to resize his collar twice so far.

Everyday is leg day. Yes my quads are that asymetrical. Missing parts in my left leg means virtually no outer quad muscle & a big ass upper quad muscle. Hold your dirty mirror comments, this was at the gym lol
