I decided to take a rest day, physically I feel good for my next workout, but I feel sleepy.
I’m tired of getting home past midnight and taking hours to wind down and sleep, I want to be in the gym much earlier from now on, I’m aiming for 5pm since my workouts have been lasting mostly over 3 hours recently, and the latest time I want to be in the gym is 7pm from now.
So I think I have tried adjusting my form on the squat by driving my knees past my feet but I remember losing my balance and falling backwards, maybe because I’m low barring it and I have flat shoes, I know Micheal Mathews did get me in some good habits that prevents injury, I don’t feel scared to attempt to squat heavy weights because of how he taught me to squat, it feels safe.
So I decided to get squat shoes, I’m hoping that would help me perfect the A2G squat, I think that’s what Alan Thrall would tell me to do
Listen, I was feeling negative energy from here and it was disturbing my sleep.
I have run experiments, I know the cause. I prayed to God and then I felt better, Thank God for everything.

To be honest raloxifene and tamoxifen will make your chest look masculine, I think a lot of bodybuilders use it, Lee priest said he used tamoxifen but he didn’t give details and I think it’s better to use instead of Ai
I feel as though everything is optimal right now and I’m not planning any adjustments
I also have hcl pepsin and apple cider vinegar
I do have ai and caber on hand but I know I don’t need them from my experience

I have ran Tren and Dbol before on my bulk, i only told 1 person at the time and kept it secret as an experiment, because I had a feeling if I told people I would have experienced negative symptoms, so I kept it secret, I titrated up to 1g of tren through daily administration and the only negative side effect I experienced was too much libido and night sweats but I wasn’t complaining, I was sleeping like a baby and i had a better appetite while on 1g of tren than I do right now, also my breathing and cardio was perfect, I think because I purposely kept my estrogen high and never took an ai so the tren would put on as much muscle as possible, it went really well, I put on 15kg in 12 weeks, I was so happy to see 84kg on the scales
I think the reason I could tolerate a gram of tren was because I didn’t tell anyone, it was calm, I didn’t notice any irregular energy or attention, I didn’t experience any aggression, not on tren, dbol or halo during that bulk but I did notice the strength increase
I have come to believe negative side effects are caused by evil eye and negative energy
Before that bulk I was natty and my hair and beard was falling out, I don’t think it was DHT because too much hair fell out my beard and scalp while I was natty, when I jumped on that bulk cycle I started microneedling and using oral minoxidil and my hair and beard grew back and improved drastically, I’m planning to start microneedling again, I’m just not feeling settled at my mums house and all my stuff is in suitcases for now
The reason i chose tren the first time was because my instinct told me to do it and then I did istikhara and the answer was “yes” and when I did it I felt the medicinal benefits for me to be honest
And before I jumped back on tren a few days ago I did isthikhara and the answer was “yes”

Workout shortened because I got to the gym late and I need to sort out my dinner
I just finished a meal, I’m going to go take a chill in the park near my gym, I’ll lay in the sun on the field for a bit, I’m wearing my sunscreen, I find it therapeutic and energising, I’ll take my pre workout in the park.
I ordered the Adipower weightlifting 2 shoes last night directly from Adidas.co.uk, they have a summer sale going on right now at Adidas UK.
I’m feeling really excited to use them to perfect my form, my flats are loose and soft and I think they are terrible for heavy squats,
And hopefully my 3” levels belt will come tomorrow
I can’t believe I’m still talking about this but I realised I need to clear up the safety information.
I forgot to mention during the entire bulk I used hcg through daily administration for the DHEA and pregnenolone and the added estrogen was welcome, I was going though so many of those vials, I still have around 10 5000iu vials one hand, depending on how i mixed it with the bacteriostatic water my dose varied from 125iu to 250iu per day depending on how long it was in the fridge, I just added it in the same syringe as the other injectables, when I started that bulk I was backfilling everything into 1 insulin syringe per day and as I titrated up my dose I had to pin myself with 2 insulin syringes per day, Im thankful to chase irons for teaching me so many injection sites. I always backfill insulin syringes because I don’t want to get scar tissue from blunt needles.
I think my experience on TRT was helpful as I have a feel for my estrogen and prolactin levels from blood tests.
I kept my hormones as balanced as possible through daily administration of everything, even primo lol
I never used an ai during the bulk, I did and still do have aromidex on hand but when you have high levels of testosterone, tren and dht in your system you need high levels of estrogen to balance it out, I think crashing estrogen while on tren can cause brain damage
You also need to have balances between estrogen and prolactin and progesterone in your body
When I ended the bulk my estrogen felt too high In ratio to testosterone and dht but I didn’t want to take an ai because it would effect prolactin and progesterone and I didn’t know what would happen to be honest
I was using tamoxefin at various dose from different pharmacies and now I’m experimenting with raloxefin at varies doses, i haven’t settled on a dose, I have the raw, and a .000 scale and capsules.
I also have the tudca raw aswell and filling a capsule to the brim makes it 500mg so it’s more convenient than trying to dose it at 250mg per capsules, it tastes awful. I also have halotestin raw, I’ll need to be careful with that, I know, 5mg per pill for safety. and I have an underground lab halotestin on hand, oh and I have proviron on hand as well
So I’m going to add the hcg back in now at 150iu per day
Yes, I have a digital blood pressure monitor, it’s in my bag
I also have cialis for health, I use 5mg pre workout sometimes, not every workout, if I feel it would be beneficial I’ll take it pre,
I don’t take it on rest days at the moment
I’m going to be busy for the next few days, I have a lot to get done before I travel guys
Anyway I don’t know how many vials of hcg I used during the bulk, I just remember getting annoyed having to mix bacteriostatic water and hcg, so maybe it feels like more than it was

Right now it takes me about 5 minutes to backfill and pin 3 compounds with 1 insulin syringe
I heard Greg duecette say Chris bumbstead is only on 200mg TRT in the off season and only 500mg testosterone for his Olympia contest prep, I don’t know if I misheard them but I can’t be bothered to re watch that video because they taking to long to get to the point.
Maybe because he has already built his physique he needs much less to maintain and recomp for his Olympia prep.
But I heard he used 5 different compounds at the same time to initially build his physique.
So maybe it takes more anabolics to build the physique and less to maintain or recomp?
Or maybe they are just leveraging and placeboing his audience
I would advice you all to eat cold pressed extra virgin walnut oil and lions mane for the brain daily
I would prefer the cold pressed extra virgin oil in softgel form but I can’t find that supplement
And eat kidney beans daily because kidney beans look like kidneys and apparently they are good for your kidneys guys
Maybe Jamaican style rice and kidney beans is a secret to getting jacked

I’m not sure about the truth of all that but I saw a YouTube video that said carrots are good for eyes, walnuts for brains, kidney beans for kidneys etc and I tried out the cold pressed extra virgin walnut oil while on my bulk and I definitely noticed the improved mind function so I think the kidney beans thing is true
I just wanted to say that all the steroids I have are for me for personal medicinal use and its legal where I am

Castor oil, it says on the packet not to use if you have intestinal damage but I believe a lot of the times it can be friction causing further damage when bleeding is forcing premature movement so 1g castor oil daily can help prevent more intestinal damage during treatment by making everything soft and it also might act as a barrier to help the wound seal and heal in my opinion
I Believe Bpc 157 cured my intestinal damage last year but I was smoking weed at the time which was treating the gut inflammation, irritation and it stops the bleeding and it made foods tolerable and made the gut calm which I believe gave the bpc 157 the opportunity to work to heal the intestinal damage
I took the bpc 157 both sublingualy and IM daily, i personaly would inject upper Left ventra glute with an insulin syringe because that’s really close to where I had the intestinal damage, but if your damage is deeper in the large intestine or if diagnosed with crons intestinal damage you might prefer upper right Ventura glute
I believe to give the bpc 157 the chance to work on the intestines you need to stop the inflammation, irritation, bleeding and only eat foods that are tolerable during the treatment
From my experience Bpc 157 won’t do nothing for inflammation
I think if you try to take bpc 157 while your intestines has wound that’s constantly being damaged and opened and bleeding it might not work
I think the reason the box 157 worked so well for me is because the weed was completely eliminating inflammation and irritation and the weed stopped the bleeding, and calmed down my intestines and gave me the ability to tolerate many foods
Aloe Vera juice I have heard anecdotal reports of it curing intestinal damage, I use it for improved gut function and prevention now

Hey guys, thanks for the support and positive energy. I’m happy with my deadlift session today, it seems I spent around 50 seconds deadlifting on that set and from what I’ve learned from Greg duecette it will be harder for me to spend time more than that on 1 set of deadlifting so to do more reps I would have to deadlift faster and it seems to become cardio/endurance related.
I could also improve my breathing to maximise reps.
But I’m happy with the progress so far, my back felt so pumped up and jacked after that set.
I’m going to have my dinner soon and wind down for bed
Your foot placement seems pretty wide on those deadlidts, does it feel better than a narrow stance?
Yes, i remember watching a YouTube video that said its ok, i think i was losing my balance with the narrow stance, but now im thinking its because of my flat trainers
Im going to try the narrow stance again once my first ever weightlifting shoes come because pete rubish makes it look impressive
I think i might have to relearn my forms anyway because i am used to the flat style trainers ive been using for years lol
