In the morning my clavicle was feeling sore so I took the morning off and worked on healing muscles and bringing my strength back up. Last night was tough, i tired myself out with those phsudo push ups at lunch lol
I’m feeling better now, Praise the Lord.
I am noticing physique improvements since I started the new variations, Thank God.

Hey guys, I bought some more supplements yesterday and I think they did help bring the reps back up:

Magnesium
Zinc
Fenugreek

I found out there are calisthenics bars at a park near me but they are seal off. Hopefully they will open it after this lockdown ends.
