I still don’t understand why everyone hates lawyers. Yes there are some lawyers out there who are dirt bags but do you think they are the one’s landing the big cases?
As far as the child-pool dilema, I’m sure expecially in california it met the guidlines necasary because the nazi out there are on top of that shit.
Also even if litigation is down as a whole the last 10 years or so there has been an unbelievable amount of retarded cases out there.
alot more people would be better off believing that shit happens and not believing in finding some one else to blame.
The worst thing I’ve seen happen is a man get horribly burnt on the majority of his body for being a dumb ass and not using common sense or reading warning labels that were in plane view. Not only did he get screwed by being burned to a crisp but the employer lost a little over a million even though they followed all the rules and the man was under the influence at the time. Some times jury trials suck…
