THE ARTICLE? There’s three articles in this thread all saying a slightly different thing. Even the one you posted which case you carefully posted the first paragraph, but not the one where his lawyer and him said HE DIDN"T HAVE SEX with her.

Which before passing judgement I said NOBODY KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED.

LT being a known fuck up does not have the best credibility and might be punished for that, however the little hooker should not be considered the most credible witness since she also has gotten caught in lies AND yes is a hooker in a state where it’s illegal. All you are doing is proving my point that when women here rape they get tunnel Vision.

Basically you’re telling me that whatever a hooker and a pimp say is true because she cried rape.

This is true…women usually do get tunnel vision when they hear rape. We’ll know the whole story soon. However isnt’t it kinda messed up that a chick regardless of profession can lie about her age get what she wants and then cry rape after? Are men supposed to card chicks now?

Im not advocating premiscuous sex or sex with minors at ALL…but I think the one who lies should get the punnishment. It’s entrapment. LT is stupid for ordering a prostitute in the first place. I guess we all have to consider the fact that the girl was beaten and told to lie about her age.

I’m not sure if i’m the only one, but if i’m going to have sex with a girl who looks to be somewhere around the age of 18, i want to see some visual proof that she is of legal age.

Even though she lied about her age, LT still put himself in that situation and he is most likely going to pay the price for it.

I never said he raped her. Read what I posted. I posted the beginning of the article to clarify that he was being charged with statutory rape, not that he had rape in the case of non-consensual sex. Get it?

ALSO, I was clarifying that he was not being charged with her beating.

I didn’t tell you anything about anyone saying anything was true. YOU were posting that there was some huge conspiracy, I presented an opposing supposition. And again, I never posted that he had non-consensual sex with her.

you have some serious problems with reading comprehension.

Just so I understand, are you saying that the girl in this case got what she wanted and then cried rape? If so, could you please post the article where it states that is the case?

I read an article about a young girl who ran away from home, got into some bad company and drugs, was beaten and pimped out.

What is she getting that she wants, I am sure there are a ton of articles out there and I just haven’t read the one that states that.

You tell me I drew up some huge conspiracy theory and say I have problems with reading comprehension???
Let’s see what did I say???

  1. She got beat earlier that day … Looks like it’s true from all ends.
  2. LT did not beat her… Looks like it’s true from all ends…

Never did I say LT was accused of beating her. What I DID SAY was she had to EXPLAIN HOW SHE GOT BEAT, which lead to LT getting accused of rape.

Let’s also keep in mind that you pull up an article 2 days later, skipping twice even after I stated the FIRST ARTICLE accused him of rape, after they assessed the situation and couldn’t charge him with that they charged him with STATUTORY rape.

What is HUGE and A CONSPIRACY about that?? OR are you talking about the hypothetical story about some times when a woman who ends up in a bad situation cries rape. Which I clearly said happens sometimes, and was not that far off.

Now if you do want to talk about conspiracy lets talk about the fact that she was a hooker for more than a day, and only one guy is being charged with statuatory rape, convieniently a NFL player at the same hotel…

Are they trying to say nobody over 21 but LT had sex with her the whole time she was a prostitute? If you want to accuse me of a conspiracy accuse me of that one.

It has never been stated that he was ever charged with any rape other than statutory. At least not in the articles that I have read and I even now just went back through old articles and nope, didn’t see it mentioned once.

What is it you think I am skipping? If you read the first article is states he was charged with rape, but not whether it was non-consensual or statutory.

I am not going to make the leap that she is Machiavellian schemer and this was her triumphant moment where now she is going for a huge payout. What I read was she was beaten and brought to a hotel by a pimp and made to have sex after the beating by her pimp. After the beating and the sex she contacted family and turned monies paid to her for the sex act to the police.

There is no doubt she had sex previous to this. I don’t know if she had ever been beaten previous to this as that has not been stated. If this was the first time then that may have been the factor that induced her to contact her family who then had her contact the police.

She was beaten and told to lie by her pimp, I am glad you added that even if it was at the end.

Children don’t make good decisions and have been known to lie which is why there are laws to protect them and also laws that bar them from entering into contracts as if they were an adult.

The lessons to be learned here are…

Card anyone under the age of 45 (just like cigarettes)
Go to Nevada if you want a prostitute
Never get married

Does that sum it up?

You are correct but you are also expecting college age males to have some maturity, life experience and comprehension. That can be a high expectation
anyway, sure glad I am not in a mess like that
