Lol, sorry m8, Im a grown up man (33 years old), father of two who doesnt need to prove to his teenagers friends (because i dont have any teenager friends obviously) that he is “not a pussy”, so I’m just fine training indoors.
I think i’ll go for the removable pull up bar after all which seems to be the consensus. And by the way just to clarify the exercise balls and are for my wife who also uses the gym.
The original point of this tread was to find out as many different exercises for lats using the equipment I already have (dbs , bbs, bench), many of the guys have given me great advice and Im surely going to try those exercises.
