I’m a 56 year old guy who was diagnosed with Klinefelter’s Syndrome when I was 49. I have been on Sustanon for over 3 years (first every 2 weeks and for the last year every 3 weeks, as I changed to an anti-inflammatory diet and my body was utilising TRT better and my levels were staying higher for longer).
Prior to April 2022 I was living in Kent and the last peak testosterone blood test I had showed a level of 32+ nmol/L.
I have since moved to Eastbourne and have recently had both a trough testosterone blood test (13 nmol/L) and a peak testosterone level of 52+ nmol/L. (this test was done within 36 hours of my most recent injection).
Any idea what could be causing this massive increase? I’ve been googling high testosterone issues, which come back with issues relating to benign tumors, etc. Alternatively, was the blood test taken too soon after the injection.
I recently had a severe bout of constipation that caused severe pain on my perineum but I also injured that area doing weighted hip thrusts where I think my PT loaded the bar with too much weight.
