Latest Layer System Info?

It’s mostly the bench sessions that I feel it in the joints/stagnate in poundages. I don’t look forward to them nearly as much as SGHP days. May try alternating pressing patterns but still use layer pattern…

when i first started i was exactly the same. i think that almost grinding out your ~1rm bench press is a lot more taxing (neurally) than high pulls. i’ve switched out a bench press day for a push press/ muscle snatch day and not only are my shoulders feeling (and looking!) better, but my incline bench performance is starting to increase again.
