I’m also pretty confident I’m a little more muscular than you and am probably stronger. But I do sincerely say that I may be mistaken. Either way, I don’t wanna get into a dick waving contest about physiques. I think its stupid and goes on enough in other threads.
I will just again offer my honest opinion that you should keep bulking for quite a while.
Take it from someone who used to be a lot fatter and a bit more muscular. I lost muscle and fat…take this to the bank
It will ALWAYS be easier to trim off some excess body fat than it will be to put on quality mass.
Eat right, train right, get big. When you start too high in BF, then consider a cut, but as lean as you are in your pics, you have no reason to cut anytime soon.

Like I said bulk up more. You have a good base. Eat like a pig and lift heavy.
I disagree.
Bring down your BF to around under 10% and then keep a stabilize diet plan while lifting heavy to put on mass…Bulking and cutting is good in theory, but I doubt you are a bodybuilder…meaning you are getting paid to do that…you want to look good all year, not just 2 months out of it…and you never know, if your bulk gets too out of control, you may not even be able to look good for those 2 hot summer months.

Yeah i agree 100% with this statement… u can lose 8 lbs of fat in a month but maybe gain 2 lbs of muscle in a month.
one of the main reasons i was cutting was for a powerlifting meet in a month im gonna compete in the 181 lb class and u prob are stronger at certian lifts… my bench sucks
o and i started bulkin thanks for yur advice i was thinkin of doing 8 week bulks and 2-3 week cuts like in the article build and burn… do u think this sounds like a good idea?
That’s a bad idea a very bad idea. Gain 50 lbs then cut. If you’re worried about getting fat set a waist measurement that you never want to go over say 31" or so and once you hit 31" then diet down for 6 weeks or so and then continue to bulk. Don’t “cut” every time your abs disappear. You’re young, your testosterone levels are high and you’ll heal quickly, take advantage of these facts and get big. Last post was in March so I dunno if this post even matters but I’ll post it anyway.

Thats actually what i have been doin haha but i just eat a lil less for a couple of days. Well as far as progress i weigh 190 again but am leaner(30.5-31 in waist was 32.5 in last time i weigh this much.

So it took you 8 months to gain 15 lb. I guess thats alright. Keep up the good work. Did you ditch the bulk/cut cycle idea?[/quote]
Yea something close 2 that… thanks man. Not really i think its an important part of bodybuilding/powerlifting. What im doing right now is eating 3,800 cals a day and trying 2 gain .5- 1 lb a week. Also, if i feel a lil tired and fat i will lower the cals slightly for a couple of days. Im gonna do this 4 a year or more. My goal is 2 get to 200 lbs at 10% bodyfat and deadlift 600 lbs bench 300 lbs and squat 450+ so its gonna take a while as I am somewhat far from these goals.
