Bring down your BF to around under 10% and then keep a stabilize diet plan while lifting heavy to put on mass…Bulking and cutting is good in theory, but I doubt you are a bodybuilder…meaning you are getting paid to do that…you want to look good all year, not just 2 months out of it…and you never know, if your bulk gets too out of control, you may not even be able to look good for those 2 hot summer months.

Why is everyone so hell bent on being huuuggeee? I’m sure this will get some rants, but FYI a clearly defined set of abs will do more than an overly muscular fat physique in most aspects in life. Not to mention better overall health. Gorilla, hit the Get Shredded Diet and enjoy your results, shredded is the way to go, not “bulked” and fat.
for real dude youre fuckin tiny. just lower your carb intake a little bit (keep them pre/post w.o.) and eat clean youll be able to gain while staying lean. 185 isnt a bulk weight…its a milestone on the road to a good physique. if you want to have “starved abs” all year round then go ahead but dont bring that faggot bullshit to this site.

I guess you’re speaking from experience on that one… You look pretty successful so far! As for this site, realize that there are a lot of performance articles as well, on top of the fact that one doesn’t necessarily have to be huge to enjoy the benefits of strength training. Personally, I wouldn’t mind putting on a few pounds of lean mass, but I have no intention of getting way up there. Did that during my early days of college and if you ever get there yourself, then you’ll understand what I’m talking about. Until then, keep plugging your favorite FFB site (as in Future Fat Boy).
