So i am still experiencing these symptoms. Shortness of breath seems to be the biggest issue, along with fatigue.
And shortness of breath, even though it is constantly mildly present, comes periodically. Also, heart palpitations are a constant.
Hemoglobin is 172 g/l (reference 135-175, ferritin is 60 ug/l (reference 20 - 250)
I am in midst of yet another thorough medical check up. And just recently i met a cardiologist who agreed with me that this is not psychological (evwn though he says my heart is fine, but it could be something else, a disease, poisoning, inflammation). Usually doctors would write everything off as anxiety and they even sent me a psychiatrist to talk to me.
This cardiologist is the only one that says it is not mental and he is willing to guide me through thorough examinations, even outside the field of cardiology.
Any ideas from you guys? Abnormal dyspnea and fatigue despite normal blood count. No signs of arterial blockage, no pulmonary embolisms, no fluid in my lungs.

So ecg and ultrasound of the heart are good. Onto the holter monitor. If that is good, we are going to exclude heart as a source of issues.
