There will be lots of topless women, booze, music, and ridiculous people. It was amazing when I went.
Be very careful about operating the boat and drinking at the same time though, because there are water police, and they are out for blood since they have to work while everyone else gets to get hammered and pursue tatas.
I haven’t been in years but the Sandbar was always super fun. Don’t have a clue how to get there but the locals will tell you! And yeah, lots of booze, boobs and some brawlin’ too (just the idiots, steer clear and take their women).

x2. Also be aware of the laws that apply to Cali as well as Arizona. If you get stopped by a Cali Sheriff, his laws apply…well that’s how it went when I got pulled over anyways.
