Here they are in the cooking dish. I drizzeled EVOO on the dish before placing the pieces in.
Preheat oven 350F. Cover with glass lid or aluminum foil.
Cook until the inside-most part of the fish is flaky. Alternatively, if you make your own stuffing with egg, mayo, etc, make sure that’s cooked completely.

VOILA!!!
Done.

Plated with some trout-topped rice (some butter on that rice if you please) and fresh sugar-snap peas!
Served on my best paper plates! (Had company and sick of doing dishes).
Wow, that looks tasty!
EDIT: just noticed you weren’t done posting.

.
therajraj- Yes, that crab meat was canned cooked and ready to eat. I was picking at it right out of the can. Chicken of the Sea and Phillips brands have EXCELLENT quality canned crab meat, usually available right in the seafood area (refridgerated) of the supermarket.

If I’m to believe the PM’s I’ve gotten, I’ve apparently gotten a bunch of people laid with this thread ![]()
Ingredients:
-2.5 lbs lean grond turkey
-4 eggs
-4 Tbsp whole milk
-1 cup TVP (use breadcrumbs if you like)
-1 cup crumbled feta cheese (i use reduced fat)
-1 cup Sliced sun-dried tomatoes
-4 cloves garlic
salt, pepper, oil/cooking spray
Grease a Baking pan and carefully pack in meat mixture. Place into a preheated oven (375F) and bake until the internal temperature registers 165, about 45 minutes. When you take it out, let it stand for 5 minutes.

So, a little back story:
I’m a long-time lurker here, and since I’m still relatively new to the iron game, I don’t post too often, and just hang back and read.
But this thread is a bit of an inspiration. I wanted to do something special for Valentine’s Day, so Steely was kind enough to brainstorm a bit with me, and the following is the result.
I’ve been meaning to post this for months, but have just been a bit busy cough lazy cough.
Anyway, hope you all enjoy.
Ingredients: fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, mozzarella cheese, black olives, olive oil, black pepper
Slice the tomatoes and the cheese. I arranged the slices on a plate tomato, cheese, basil leaf, repeat, then piled the black olives in the middle.
Then I drizzled the olive oil on top, and dusted with some freshly ground black pepper.
