OK, so, I’m halfway through my Biotest L-Leucine-- I put it in my shakes, mix it with flavor in drinks, and sprinkle it on food.
I guess I’m a “taster”. Apparently, to some it’s tasteless while others find it slightly bitter.
Well, if you’ve read the “La Cucina Anabolica Italiana” thread, you know I use Pecorino Romano and garlic powder for dishes.
I usually sprinkle Leucine on my eggs in the morning, then have to put ketchup on it because it makes the eggs bitter (to me, anyway). Sooooo…
1 5g scoop of Leucine is about 1.5 teaspoons or so. I mix 1 scoop with 1 or 2 Tablespoons of romano (or parmesan) cheese and sprinkle together on the eggs (or salad or whatever).
Ditto, 1 Tablespoon of garlic or onion powder with one scoop of Leucine.
For people who’re just drinkin it straight I find that act to be redundant. The whole purpose is that leucine shuttles other amino acids, more efficiently, than if ingested without the leucine conductor

Would assume people mean drink it straight, but with/after/before a meal. So shuttling the aminos present in the meal…
You people that are actually SPRINKLING IT ON YOUR FOOD have problems.
Take it separately as jehova recommends.
This literally makes no sense. It wouldn’t be “redundant.” If you take it before, with, after the meal, the results will be 99.9% the same. It is JUST an amino acid, and there is also L-Leucine present in the food you are eating.
I doubt it’s you’re looking for, but I just throw it down my throat and take a chaser of water immediately before my meal to avoid the bitter flavor and enjoy the cuisine.
i just put a scoop under my tounge then take a drink of water and shake my head around to mix it up either before or after a meal. its quick, easy, and doesnt make your food taste different. no problems
