Tuesday May 18 - Max Effort Upper Body

We’re making a gentle transition into a more athletic approach.

The warm up was quick and we skipped activation and prehab so Marc could get on the road.

A) Incline Bench Press w/ chains and Fatz - Ramp to 5x5
B,95,135 x 5. Tried 185 but didn’t like bar speed. 155 x 5

B1) Ab Strap Towel Chins
4 x 6

B2) Single Arm Kettlebell Press
2* x 55lbs

B3) Band Pull Aparts
4 x 30 w/ mini

C1) Ab Strap Knee Raises
20, 10, 10. These hurt.

C2) Band Tricep Pushdown
Average band for 3 sets of 20

C3) Fat Gripz Hammer Curl
3 x 12 w/ 25s

The workout was a little shorter with less rest. I liked it.
