you can see it when the weight gets harder.
first time seeing myself squat- about what I expected, needs work.
the 305 single you can see my knees sway a little and a bit of a hitch.
I think It was low enough but damn it was uglee last week was better.
the early stuff I had a bad camera angle - hid depth oops.
trap bar jumps and squats-
wanted to do jump squats, this was a fun compromise.
BSS- got to do it.
Ran out of time for any ab or ham work,
watching your videos between sets took to long,
I dont take allot of rest usually.
I definitely need some squat shoes.
thanks for reading and watching.
Please give any thoughts, and critiques
thanks.
DUDE!
What exactly is wrong with those front squats? Other than than the apalling amount of luggage you have heaped up next to the cage, that is. Yes, as the weight gets heavier, your legs start to do a bit of a disco shimmy. I think that if you slowed the reps down a bit you might surprise yourself with how things steadied out. Just a thought.
And yes, the single was kinda ugly. But who cares? For singles the only thing that matters is that it went up. And for the record, 2305 on front squats is freaking incredible.
Plus I wish I had your hairline.
for some reason I can only see the 245 for a double - they looked quick, good depth, nice spring out of the hole and no knee cave.
excellent. I’ll try to check out the others later tonight.
Not a damn thing wrong with those front squats except I’m not strong enough to do them.
Thanks people- I think I fixed the video links.
K- thanks- my feet get all wobbly and there is some spine curve that needs work
I traded hairline for height
Nlmail- thanks, I was surprised that some of them do look fast
Joe- thank you, mr.dip bodyweight + med sized people.
The form on the front squats looked smooth and it looked like you had a lot more in you…awesome work
Yeah buddy!! Love the vids KMC! (and I mean that in a creepy way too)
I saw nothing ugly about them squats! 305 is a lot of weight to be moving, and you hit a nice depth. Good stuff!
Looking good KMC!
Thanks for all the love people

Just quickly browsing and I learned that for front squats, don’t put the hands on top of the delts, but to the sides. No wonder my fingers always get smooshed.
Awesome training, will be a good follow on my part =)
Great front squats and nice and deep too.
Thanks people…
sore today- surprise
no training just some mobility junk and
lunges, and a bunch of bw squats.

Dude that 455 went up quick! Your a strong fucker!
If anything maybe a wee bit of back rounding? I can see what you mean about not getting back enough, I have the same issue, but I feel more comfortable that way, which I guess turns into more of back exercise in the beginning of the pull…anyways awesome stuff man.
There’s this car I always see in the gym parking lot and I think of you because his car is decked out with whatever that fuzzy dude in your avvie is.
Anyway, those are some awesome DLs.
You like Bulgarians and call hamstring curls evil? I’m the other way around!
nice looking deads.
how close to your max were you on the 455? m
KMC, really nice job. That 455 went up quickly. Question for you, I think we are about the same height (I’m 5’5.5"), can you keep an arch in your low back when deadlifting? I really tried to keeping the arch when I deadlifted today, but I could not do it. Just trying to get some perspective. Thanks.
That thing came up pretty fast.
